Sheridans White Wine

Scent of apple, pear and mirabelle plum. Aromas of tropical fruits and herbs: grapefruit, mint, lemon balm. Nice integrated acidity, goes well with light dishes such as fish, poultry and salad. Excellent with asparagus, light Asian cuisine, sushi and mild cheeses.
